Questions we get asked.

Do you take on whole houses or only rooms?
Both. A whole property back to the studs is the job we are built around, but we will take a single room as readily.
Can you look at a property before I buy it?
Yes, at no charge and with no obligation. Knowing what a rehab actually costs before you commit is worth more than any quote we could give you afterwards.
Do you work on commercial property?
Yes. We work on both residential and commercial rehabilitation across Greater Cleveland.

More on full rehabilitation

A full rehabilitation is the job we are built around. The property comes back to its bones, gets put right in the order a building actually needs, and comes out finished. Structure and framing first, because everything else sits on it. Then the envelope, so the building is dry. Then systems. Then every finish.

The order is not a preference, it is the difference between a job that finishes and a job that gets redone. New flooring installed before a roof leak is traced is new flooring installed twice. We sequence the work so that nothing finished has to be opened back up.

Doing it as one job rather than five trades hired separately is the point. On a full rehab the coordination is most of the work: who is on site, in what order, waiting on what. A property sitting empty while four outfits fail to line up is carrying cost with nothing to show for it.

We work on both residential and commercial property, and on both single units and whole buildings. Ten years of it, all in Cuyahoga County, which means the housing stock here holds few surprises for us.

Tell us about the job.

We will come and look at no charge to you, with no obligation either way. That includes a property you have not closed on yet.
